Hair-on cowhide is a durable, natural leather with the hair preserved.

Very good quality, interesting pattern.
Brown, black and white colour. Warm rich tones.

Leather is soft temper. Around 1.6 mm thick | 4 oz

Fantastic for purses, jackets, boots. Grate for rustic country interior pieces - pillows and other. Also can be used as rugs. 

If you order a leather rectangle, I will cut this size from the hide. If you want to see the piece before receiving, I can send you a photo!

📏 SIZES
We offer pre-cut sheets, hides and sides.
If you choose a pre-cut sheet, you will receive a leather piece in rectangular shape. You may receive a bigger size.
If you choose a hide or a side, you will receive leather in a shape that is irregular, see a photo attached to this listing.
Hide is all the leather you get from an animal - shoulders, butt and belly.
Side is a half of a hide, cut along the backbone.
The size of the hides and sides are measured in tanneries.

Please note that leather is a part of an animal. Scars and imperfections are a part of its nature.
Every animal is different so there are no identical pieces of leather. Due to this fact, the leather you will receive may slightly differ from photos.
When cutting leather sheets, holes and cuts are avoided.
